Predit Terms of Use
End User License Agreement (EULA) · Last updated: September 28, 2026
You buy a personal license to use Predit on your devices. The code belongs to its author. What you make with the app — your videos, your edits — is entirely yours, and the app is provided as is, with no warranty that it fits any particular purpose.
1. The parties
This agreement is between you (the user) and AIRA E.A.S. (RUC 80140949-7, Paraguay), hereinafter "the author", owner of all rights in the Predit application. Apple Inc. is not a party to this agreement: it distributes the app, but does not develop it.
2. The license you receive
When you buy Predit you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use the app on the Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's App Store Usage Rules. It is a one-time payment: there is no subscription and there are no recurring charges.
3. What you may not do
- Copy, distribute, resell, rent, sublicense or publish the app or any part of it.
- Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code, except to the extent applicable law permits this on a non-waivable basis.
- Remove or alter authorship or intellectual property notices.
- Use the app to break the law or infringe the rights of third parties, including the copyright of the material you process with it.
4. Intellectual property
The code, the design, the name and the icon of Predit are the property of the author and are protected by intellectual property law. This license gives you the right to use the app, not to own it. Predit includes third-party software components under open source licenses, whose attributions you can read on the app's About screen.
5. Your content is yours
The author acquires no rights over the videos, images, audio, LUTs or edits you
create or process with Predit. Nor does the author have access to them: the app
runs entirely on your device, as explained in the
Privacy Policy. You are solely responsible for
holding the rights to the material you import, including any third-party
.cube files you add to your library.
6. Backups
Predit projects live in the app's local storage. If you delete the app, switch devices or iOS frees up space, that content may be lost. Export what matters to you. The author is not responsible for the loss of projects or of material you did not export.
7. Updates and support
The author may release updates, but is not obliged to do so, nor to maintain compatibility with future versions of iOS indefinitely. Any support or maintenance of the app is the sole responsibility of the author and in no case of Apple. For support: soporte@predit.com.py.
8. No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The author does not warrant that the app is free of errors, nor that the result of color, trimming, speed or export processing is suitable for any particular professional use. To the extent applicable law does not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, those warranties are limited to the shortest period permitted.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, nor for loss of data, of audiovisual material, of revenue or of opportunity arising from the use of or the inability to use the app. The author's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license.
10. End of the license
The license terminates automatically if you breach these terms. You may also terminate it at any time by uninstalling the app. Any refund claim is handled with Apple, under its policy, and not with the author.
11. Apple
Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any support or maintenance for the app. Apple is not responsible for claims relating to the app, including product liability claims, claims of failure to conform to legal requirements, and claims of third-party intellectual property infringement. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and have the right to enforce it against you.
12. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay, without prejudice to the rights the law of your country of residence grants you as a consumer on a non-waivable basis.
